When I was 30, I discovered coaching and realised something massive:

No one had ever taught me the life skills I actually needed...

The panic and overwhelm I felt was totally normal and there was a quick solution. 

I hadn't been taught at school (I even did biology!) that I had two parts of my brain competing to run my day – a primitive brain designed for survival (that treated every email like a bear attack), and a prefrontal cortex designed for actually enjoying life. And that my primitive brain had been running the show pretty much my entire adult life.

Phase 2: Rewiring for Calm & Control
